Prudential Financial, Inc. Launches InterNotes® Program

NEWARK, N.J., August 13, 2024 – Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) announced the launch of Prudential Financial InterNotes®, a program targeted to retail investors that offers corporate notes through broker-dealers and registered investment advisers. The notes will be senior unsecured obligations of Prudential Financial, Inc. and will be issued on a periodic basis, beginning in August 2024.

Prudential Financial InterNotes® will be issued at par value, at competitive market-based rates. The notes will mature six months or more from the date of issuance. Unless otherwise stated, the notes will contain a “survivor’s option” feature providing for repayment prior to maturity in the event of the beneficial owner’s death, and issuances will have a minimum investment of $1,000. The specific terms of each series of notes will be set prior to the time of sale and will be described in a publicly available pricing supplement.
